This is the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, built around 1470BCE during the 18th dynasty. She modeled it after an earlier temple just to the left of this one which hasn't survived as well. After her reign her successor, Thutmosis III, tried to remove all traces of her existence from her own temple and the obelisks erected during her rule.
